In Flat Daddy, Patrick plays Jason, a six-year-old boy whose father has left home to serve in the military.

Patrick's cinematic career began with a role in the Disney feature film Glory Road, starring Josh Lucas and Jon Voight . Flat Daddy is his first opportunity to play a lead character.

Kat plays Cathy, Jason's mother. After her husband leaves, Cathy creates a life-sized cardboard cut-out of him so Jason won't forget who his father really is.

Kat initially started acting in theater plays and has recently applied her talents to the screen, starring in several student films.

John acts out the role of Jake, the father who leaves home and is turned into a Flat Daddy. When he really does return home, however, he acts very differently than his two-dimensional counterpart.

Having actually served in the military, John was easily able to relate to his character in Flat Daddy. John has worked on several other short and feature films as well.
